Bauducco
Bauducco, the world’s largest panettone producer, partnered with Pharus to refresh its identity, balancing tradition and innovation across a vast portfolio. The redesign embraced the brand’s Italian roots while modernizing its logo, color palette, typography, and photography. From packaging to digital touchpoints, the new system improved consistency, product navigation, and appeal—especially to younger audiences—turning even shipping boxes into display pieces and reinforcing Bauducco’s place beyond Christmas in everyday Brazilian life.
