Skinit
Led the strategic and structural repositioning of Skinit during a 120-day organizational transformation. The project aligned executive leadership, redefined operational workflows, and established a scalable framework for long-term growth. Scope included stakeholder alignment, process audits, organizational redesign, pilot implementation, SOP documentation, and the creation of a comprehensive Organizational Effectiveness Playbook. In parallel, the work laid the foundation for repositioning Skinit as a premium, culture-driven personalization brand — elevating perceived value, operational rigor, and brand authority across DTC and B2B channels.
